In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 10 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold. 

​

Please allow 3-6 business days for your return to arrive and be processed by our team.

​

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.There is also no returns on earrings, bathing suits, clearance, or as-is items.

We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products

​

CANCELLATIONS:

​

Cancellations are ONLY allowed before a tracking notification is provided to the customer as the item has already shipped and we are unable to cancel the order

​

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

​

We accept returns on items that shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please contact us at info@completemeboutiqueshop.com within 48 hours of the delivered item in order for your return to be approved. The item will be replaced or a store credit will be granted upon the receipt of the defective item.

LOST PACKAGES: 

​

Complete Me Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. If the item was lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.

REFUNDS:

​

Complete Me Boutique does not offer refunds but rather will offer store credit. If for an exchange, exchanges are for the SAME item but in a different SIZE only with no color changes as well, so please make sure that your reviewing the size chart for your right size.The new size will be mailed to you upon receiving the resellable item. 

​

After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a store credit if the item is in resellable condition.

​

If there is a Shipping charge, it is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end upon an order being shipped. The amount refunded for Store credit, includes only the original purchase price of the products including tax, and does not include original shipping charges, if there is one. We do not refund shipping charges paid at the time of order, or that you may pay to return items to us.

 

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges.

Store credits may take up to 4 to 7 business days to be processed by our team.

We suggest using USPS. Hold on to your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your return.Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s).Please make sure that when you return the unwanted size to us, note the exchange on your invoice, and we’ll ship the new one upon inspection. A Store credit will be issued if the item for the exchange has sold out.
